Refinery investment for naphtha, diesel, jet fuel and LPG
Established on 12 April 2012 with equity capital, Yükselir Petrol is developing a refinery that will produce 2.6 million tons of naphtha a year together with diesel, jet fuel and LPG.
Yükselir Petrol's refinery, to be built with advanced technology, will produce 2.6 million tons of naphtha a year. Naphtha is the raw material of petrochemical products, and domestic production will reduce the petrochemical industry's dependence on imports. The refinery will also produce petroleum products such as diesel, jet fuel and LPG. Jet fuel is one of the significant components of Turkey's current account deficit.
Yükselir Petrol was established on 12 April 2012 with equity capital. It is among the companies that received Turkey's first investment incentive certificate. The company carries out the excavation works in the preparation of the refinery site with its own team.
